Flirting coaching with horses?

Now that just sounds weird

Flirting coaching sounds odd enough before you add a horse into the mix, but hear me out. Flirting is all about the approach, both literally and metaphorically. Often times people are defeated by the prospect of flirting before they even get a word out of their mouths because they’re too stuck in their head. Or the sexual energy pouring out of us becomes overwhelming or underwhelming to the people we may be interested in. Working with horses on the ground, referred to as ground work; without anything attached to the horse such as a halter or lead, referred to as working at liberty; gives us true perspective in regards to consent and how our energy, words and even body language effect those around us. Yes, even a horse.

Why horses?

Horses are prey animals and really only have two agendas. One, food; and two, safety. Their social structure is very similar to our own and they are sentient beings. They are also huge, majestic creatures who command respect, and require for us to be present in order to be safe in the field with them. Horses are very sensitive to energy and emotions, which helps us to be more mindful of our own in return. They communicate non-verbally, which helps people to become more aware of non-verbal communication with their peers. Typically everyone has an agenda in life, either positive or negative. But horses don’t have an agenda other than the two listed above, which allows people to receive the messages they’re getting from the horses far more readily than they usually do from people. Horses don’t have a filter. It’s just you and them. Sometimes we think we’re in the space to connect and they just walk away, creating any number of emotions within a person. Often when the person processes whatever emotions came forth, suddenly they find the horse calmly standing next to them or eating grass near by; body calm, with ears peaked in their direction. It’s quite the magical experience.

Flirting coaching is usually done without partnering with horses. I only offer the coaching in partnership with people who already have access to their own horses or if I’m hosting a workshop at a barn. Flirting coaching is offered in one hour sessions either in person or over a video chat. It allows us to check in and see if we’re a good match. It’s important to me that you’re successful. Integrity through the whole process is paramount. I am there as a coach, not a person someone can potentially date. I am not a dating coach or relationship coach. I have a fantastic network of coaches that I can refer you to if that’s what you’re looking for. Teaching people how to flirt is incredibly fun, and for those wanting to be genuine and masterful at it, takes work and a real investment in their own personal growth. People learn differently and have different schedules, so while one person might only feel they need 1 hour/week, another person might feel that they need 3 hours/week. Packages are also available.
